Site Reliability Operations Analyst

Los Angeles, CA

Site Reliability Operations Analysts are the organizational backbone of a Palantir deployment. We are the logistical dynamos who make sure that everything is in place at customer deployments so our engineers can do what they do best: solving the world's hardest problems. When things go wrong, we are the first-responders to the situation. We're always pushing ourselves to take on tasks outside our wheelhouse, whether it's learning new technical skills or navigating the procedural guidelines of many different clients. We field customer questions even if they're not within our expertise, and escalate the issue only after we've tried to solve it ourselves; this mentality applies to every aspect of our job. We strive for flawless execution in everything we do. Being genuine is the most important quality that unites us - our experience is disparate, but none of us have egos and we're all willing to put the team and the mission above ourselves eleven times out of ten.
