Craig Newmark has not let the success of his website, Craigslist, go to his head. Nor is he tempted by its rank as one of the most visited websites in the US to host commercial advertisements, or by its 100 Million users to start charging for most of its basic classified services.
Yet, he affirms, “None of this is altruistic or noble. I am just doing what feels right.”
