Our goal is to create a real partnership with each of our customers. We will work closely with you to find out how Palantir may meet the needs of your organization. The more detail you provide about yourself, your organization, and what you are looking for, the more easily we can understand what you need to know about Palantir and put you in touch with the right person on our team.
The first step in the process is typically a 30 minute phone call with a Palantir engineer (one of the same engineers who builds and installs Palantir software). During this call, our objective is to discuss the analytic problem you are trying to solve and answer your questions about the Palantir platform. If there appears to be a good fit from this introductory conversation, we often then move on to custom demonstrations, pricing discussions, and other due diligence.
